Rotary table with variable speed adjustable between 0-100rpm.

The receiving dividers (containers) are available in different sizes to suit all requirements.

Reject liquid will gather below the rotary table.

All parts in contact with the sludge/liquid are made with stainless steel.

Shakers for pre-mixing sedimentary liquids are available for every application.

Available with either a 2 or 1 valve configuration:

The 2 valve version has a pneumatic valve, for shut-off and opening the flow and a fine manual adjustable valve for flow control. The 2 valve version is needed where pre-mixing (shaking) of sludge or dense liquids with sediments is necessary.

The 1 valve version is supplied only with the manual valve for controlling the flow with fine adjustments. Therefore, one will have to test first flow rate and then load the conical hopper to achieve desired divisions. The liquid will flow immediately from the hopper through the valve to the containers while the rotary table had been previously started at the desired speed. The 1 valve version is suitable for applications where liquids are consistently uniform.
