Rotary Table Sample Splitter

• Supplied with conical hopper sloped for optimal gravity feeding. This is the ideal system to avoid and prevent media segregation.  The media flowing through this 1.25 cubic foot (35 litre) hopper is regulated using an adjustable feeding gate. A vibrator feeder is available upon request.

• The feeding conveyor adjusts infinitely between 0-56 ft/min (0-17 meters/min) while the rotary table adjusts infinitely between 0-62 rpm. You can set the quantity of media going into the containers at each revolution to your exact calibration.

• Our standard unit is supplied with 12 heavy-duty stainless steel containers with a capacity of 7.7 lbs (3.5kg). They are fully interchangeable, self-aligning and easily handled. The capacity and number of containers can be ordered to suit your specific applications.

• The standard power supply required  is 115V or 220V / 1 phase / 50 or 60Hz. Other power supplies are also available.
