Rolls Crusher Over Rotary Sample Splitter

• This machine is a combination of crushing and splitting. Its simultaneous operation speeds up the process by automatically splitting the sample as it is ground.

• By removing the dividing buckets, the media can fall down into a reject container or onto a conveyor belt (not shown) to be disposed.

• The feed conveyor and the drawer carousel rotating speed can both be fine tuned using a variable speed control. This permits the user to make the infinite adjustments needed to calibrate the desired sample.
