Homogenizer / Bottleroller - for round containers or bottles

 

Single Level Homogenizer

  • The simplest and  most economical way to homogenize any material.

  • The rollers operate at 100 revolutions per minute. They are set at 6" (150mm) center to center. Standard size is 8 rollers by 36" long. It can easily be supplied in different dimensions, speeds, rollers etc.

  • Very reliable, very quiet and inexpensive.

Dual Level Homogenizer

  • 2  level, stacked design

  • Roller center to center distances can be adjusted to accommodate a larger range of bottles/containers.

  • Rollers covered in 1/4" thick rubber ensures quiet operation and good traction

  • Fitted with casters for mobility and positioning where required.

 

 

 

 

Angled Dual Level Homogenizer

  • 2 levels, stacked and angled at 15 degrees design

  • Can hold 24 pails 210mm dia x 390mm long

  • Rollers covered in 1/4" thick rubber ensures quiet operation and good traction

  • Fitted with casters for easy mobility and positioning where required

  • Variable rotation speed drive.
